The “First Time Home Buyer” House

This home was the very first renovation project we worked on. This home was a corner lot in a half-moon cul-de-sac with a lake in the backyard. We updated the existing kitchen cabinets with paint, installed a subway tile backsplash, and replaced the original floor tile. Both bathrooms needed updating so we replaced the showers, vanities and installed new floor tile as well.
